Napa County Juvenile Justice Center, Napa 
In association with RossDrulisCusenberry Architects, Green Valley provided civil engineering services for the new $12.4 million Juvenile Justice Center, located at the corner of Old Sonoma Road and Walnut Avenue in Napa, Ca. The new 10,000 square foot two story building is on the cutting edge of technology, and will generate more than 50% of its electricity needs from new photovoltaic cells. The new design features rooms arranged in a horseshoe shaped area to allow for both safety and increased interaction with residents. Site features include outdoor exercise yards, expanded parking, extensive landscape features, and utility and frontage improvements. Site features even as minor as drainage improvements needed to take into account the security issues associated with the nature of the building.

Piner Performing Arts Complex, Santa Rosa 
Green Valley Consulting Engineers was responsible for extensive site grading, drainage and utility improvements for the new 10,000 square foot complex located at Piner High School. Work included fire line calculations and modeling, grading and drainage, utility design for water and sewer, and permanent subsurface drainage of the building with sump pumps. The complex was designed by Axia Architects.

Ridgway High School, Santa Rosa 
Site development of a new, 8 building high school with room for future expansion. The project consisted of site grading and design, extensive ADA conforms for both new and existing structures, fire service calculations and modeling, utility design and layout of water, sewer and gas and permitting. Site work included curb, gutters and sidewalks, basketball courts, baseball fields, landscaped and recreational areas, multiple parking lots, frontage improvements and access roads.

Montgomery High School Track & Playfield, Santa Rosa   
Green Valley provided site improvements for this local Sonoma County high school. The project included grading & drainage facilities for construction of a new track area, two new bleacher areas, entry plaza into new stadium and paved access areas around the stadium. Work also included the adjacent long pit jump, pole vault pit and high jump area. In addition, Green Valley also provided bid phase consulting and construction administration services on the project.
