“Restoring Yesterday, Creating Tomorrow”
encompasses the core values of Green Valley Consulting Engineers (Green Valley). We are passionate about enriching and enhancing the communities in which we live, work, and play. We are an integrated Construction Management, Construction Inspection, Land Surveying, and Civil Engineering firm founded in 1997 by Principal, Liz Ellis. A Woman-Owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise located in Santa Rosa, California, Green Valley is comprised of licensed engineers, technicians, and construction management and inspection personnel. We are a team dedicated to quality, innovation and efficiency in our chosen profession.
PUBLIC AGENCIES AND PRIVATE UTILITIES
State and local government agencies require team members that understand their unique method and challenge of “doing business” and who work successfully within their specific procurement process to maximize the most of their current systems and available funding sources.
Demands on local governments are becoming increasingly complex. Elected officials and staff are making radical changes in the way they operate and how they deliver public services. With the help of Green Valley, we are allowing many of California’s local governments and private utilities the ability to provide enhanced services to their constituents at significant cost savings.
We offer complete and trusted services throughout the life span of our client’s projects – from brainstorming and peer review of original concepts through design, construction management and operations. Our long-term relationships that we develop allow us to better understand our client’s challenges and then satisfy their needs.
Since 1997, we have performed planning, evaluation, and design of public infrastructure projects that range from entire downtown rehabilitations to hydrology and storm water design for the new SMART rail. Green Valley has grown in recent years to include services in Project Management, and Construction Management/Inspection, which is where our primary emphasis is focused as we move into 2016.
