The University District Land Development Project Phase I (Project) consists of On-Call Construction Inspection for the site development of the new ‘University District’ community. The massive housing project calls for the construction of 4,350 residential homes (single-family homes and apartments) across from Sonoma State University’s Green Music Center. Sitework consists of on- and off- site grading, the installation of dry and wet utilities, including recycled water system and the construction of surface streets, public parks and landscape improvements. Our team is responsible for resolving large scale construction challenges on this multi-party Project by working closely with the Developer to coordinate the multitude of Contractors and trades to meet direct and hard completion dates that need to take into account wet weather, governing agency approvals, wetlands, and very challenging soil conditions. Green Valley provides up to six (6) senior inspectors at any time on this assignment.
