Russel Harlan
Russel (Russ) has three decades of comprehensive project experience spanning all aspects of the construction industry – technical sales, engineering design, project administration, and construction inspection and management. He represented the City of Santa Rosa for over 20 years, eventually serving as a Quality Control Associate with the Utilities Department, a “lead” position requiring strong communication skills, accuracy, and a high attention to detail. As such, Russ is fluent in all local and state standards (including Caltrans & OSHA) and maintains an expert knowledge of building trades, construction materials, heavy equipment, building techniques, and sequences of construction.
