Matt has over 20 years of experience in the surveying and construction industry and has spend the last few years as inspector for Green Valley on two large downtown utility and paving jobs for the City of Cotati and City of Rohnert Park, as well as working as the encroachment inspector for City of Rohnert Park.  His experience includes street and roadway reconstruction and pavement rehabilitation, water and sewer main projects, and storm drain installations.  He was also responsible for the City of Cotati’s Pavement Re-surfacing Project on Old Redwood Highway and East Cotati Avenue and he has a thorough understanding of FDR and paving methods and standards.

He is known for his educating and keeping residents informed of construction activities and minimizing any possible delays to project progress. He has been commended for his construction oversight skills from his clients, local businesses and residents, and project superintendents for turning what could be difficult situations into pleasant and accommodating experiences.
