“This summer I had three construction projects managed by Green Valley. All projects went smoothly, despite the normal unexpected things that occur during any construction project. All the projects came in on budget. This was no small task. One project, out the gate needed to be changed from lining some storm drain pipes to replacing them…Green Valley worked with the contractor to develop a value engineering proposal to save money. In the end, we managed to stay within the original budget.”                                                                                                                                                           -Pat Barnes, Town of Tiburon – Stewart Drive Storm Drain Project
