Wayne has over 30 years of Public Agency experience, serving as a Senior Manager within his hometown Water District and as a business owner providing municipalities with (water/wastewater) system support and guidance. Since joining Green Valley, Wayne has expanded his technical expertise into the arenas of site development and transportation infrastructure. Most recently, he led three “fast-track” and very public Town of Windsor capital street improvement projects to successful completion. As such, he is most current on roadway construction methods, procedures, and materials. Despite his “natural” career transition, Wayne remains dedicated to his original objective of “making the future better”. His “ideal” project allows him to use his “wide breadth of knowledge, skills, and abilities”.
